Following a successful tour in July of ‘Deal With It’ Bootleg Theatre Company are planning another tour in October, commencing with a production at Rosie’s Vineyard in Southsea on the 14th October. Followed by other venues in the south of England. It’s great when things work, and this really has. We are all delighted with the support the production has had.
Play readings of ‘Ships in the Night’ and ‘Inside Out’ are planned for early September by a local theatre company. Both plays have been in development for 2/3 years, and it’s time for an airing and a possible production.
Spent the last three months ‘developing’ older scripts, some staged, some not.
Filming of ‘The Brother’ has been delayed due to the non availability of the main actor, but a schedule is now in place for the rest of the shoot. Filming of ‘Presents’ is planned for the 6th and 7th September. Really looking forward to meeting up with Charlie Carter again, i.e. ‘Blackberry Stains’ and working with Joanne Gale.
